update_market_sizing

Set the project's market sizing: the customer unit and geography, and for TAM, SAM and SOM an annual value in the project's currency, how it was calculated (basis, e.g. "12,400 cafés x 3,100/yr") and its source. Only the fields you pass change. Each level should fit inside the one above it (SOM <= SAM <= TAM). Reference data only: it never changes the feasibility numbers.
