Replaces the ingredient list or recipes of a restaurant or café project.

Replace the ingredient list and/or recipe list (restaurant/coffee-shop style projects, where raw-material cost is derived from recipes x sales volume rather than entered by hand). Only pass the array(s) you want to change.
