describe_categories

The catalog every project draws from: each cost/revenue category's id, what it's for, whether it's capex/opex/revenue, its depreciation life, and its columns (the exact field names update_line_items expects, with type and unit; computed columns are derived and don't need to be sent). Also lists the business-type presets (which categories each pre-selects) and which categories are always on. Call this before filling a category you haven't seen rows for yet. Units shown as "Rial" mean the project's own currency.
