Market research

Sizes your market bottom-up and benchmarks your competitors from public sources.

What it does

  1. Defines the market precisely: who the customer is, where, what they use today.
  2. Sizes it bottom-up (customers × what they spend) and checks it against a top-down figure. SOM is built from your capacity to sell, never a percentage of SAM.
  3. Profiles 5 to 10 competitors from public sources: prices, features, reviews and recurring complaints.
  4. Saves the market size and the competitor benchmark into your project, with you as the first row.
  5. Compares your revenue plan with the market you can realistically win.

When a price or term isn't public, it prepares an outreach kit for you: the competitors' public contact details, short email and call templates, and the rules for using them. The assistant never contacts anyone itself.
