Feasibility analyst

Turns a description of your business into a complete, sourced feasibility study, then gives a go / no-go view.

What it does

  1. Asks you, in one round, only what it can't find out: location, what you sell and to whom, scale, premises, timing, funding.
  2. Picks the closest business type, then adjusts the cost categories to your business.
  3. Fills the study in order: overview, investment, pre-opening costs, staff, running costs, revenue, cost structure and assumptions. Each row gets a note saying where the number came from.
  4. Checks the inputs against industry ratios (for example food cost as a share of sales) and explains anything outside the usual range.
  5. Runs the engine and reads the results: viability, funding need, break-even, cost structure, and worst and best cases.
  6. Writes you a short memo: verdict, what drives the result, top risks, levers to improve it, and what to verify first.

Ask it

I'm planning a physiotherapy clinic in Manchester with three treatment rooms. Is it viable?
