Terms of use

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at privacy@getfndtn.com if you think someone else has access to it.

The projects, figures and text you put into Foundation stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you, for example to calculate results or draft a plan when you ask. The privacy policy explains how.

Foundation calculates results from the numbers you enter, and can draft text with AI. The calculations are only as good as the inputs, and AI drafts can contain mistakes. Nothing in Foundation is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Check the figures and get professional advice before you rely on them for a loan, an investment or any other decision.

Please don’t:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using Foundation;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around security or usage limits;
• overload the service, including through automated tools or connected agents;
• upload anything malicious, or content you don’t have the right to use.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

If you connect an AI agent to your account, it acts on your behalf, and these terms apply to what it does. Your agent provider’s own terms apply too.

We’re improving Foundation all the time, so features will change. We aim to keep it available but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If any part of Foundation is paid, the price and terms are shown before you pay.

Foundation is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on the basis of results or drafts produced with Foundation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

You can stop using Foundation at any time, and ask us to delete your account at privacy@getfndtn.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we’ll tell you before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of France.
